Why We Require a Deposit
A refundable deposit is required on all trailer rentals.
Deposit amounts vary depending on the trailer's size and value — smaller utility trailers carry a lower deposit than larger enclosed or deck over trailers. You'll see the exact deposit amount for each trailer listed on its rental page before you book.

When Payment Is Due
Nothing is charged until you pick up your trailer. Booking online reserves your trailer, but no payment is taken at the time of booking — you'll pay the rental fee and deposit in person when you arrive for pickup.
This gives you flexibility to reserve early without committing your payment method upfront, and lets us confirm trailer condition and answer any last-minute questions together before your rental starts.
