Question 1

What size trailer do I need to move a car?

Accepted Answer

For a single vehicle, a 18'–21' open car trailer works for most sedans and trucks. If you're hauling two vehicles, side-by-sides, or need extra length, our 34' triaxle car trailer covers that. Not sure which fits your vehicle? Call us at (704) 794-7316 and we'll help you pick the right size.

Question 2

What size trailer do I need to move furniture or household items?

Accepted Answer

Enclosed trailers are the best option for furniture and household moves — they protect items from weather and keep everything secured. We carry 14', 20', 24', and 26' enclosed trailers depending on how much you're moving.

Question 3

What's included with a trailer rental?

Accepted Answer

Every rental includes a hitch, straps, blankets, dolly, cargo straps, hand-truck, and motorcycle chocks and straps at no additional charge — so you don't need to source your own equipment.

Question 4

Do I need a special vehicle to tow a trailer?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the trailer. Most car, utility, and enclosed trailers can be towed with a standard truck or SUV with the right hitch class. Our deck over trailers require at least a 3/4-ton truck due to their weight capacity. Check the specific trailer's details page, or call ahead if you're unsure your vehicle can tow it.

Question 5

How do I reserve a trailer?

Accepted Answer

Browse our fleet, pick the trailer that fits your needs, and click "Book/Reserve Now" on that trailer's page. You'll see real-time availability before booking. If you'd rather talk it through first, call (704) 794-7316.

Question 6

Can I check availability before booking?

Accepted Answer

Yes — each trailer's page shows an availability calendar so you can see open dates before submitting a reservation.

Question 7

Is pickup available by appointment only?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We're not always on-site, so please call ahead at (704) 794-7316 to confirm your pickup time before arriving.

Question 8

What deposit is required?

Accepted Answer

Deposit amounts vary by trailer — see our Deposits & Rental Fees page for details, or call ahead if you have questions before booking.
